THE HEALING FIVE ELEMENTS
The five elements – earth, fire, sky, water and air – form the pillars of the entire universe. Everything in our existence is formed from them. The absence of even one element would bring the universe to a standstill. We humans are also made up of these five essential elements.
On the physical level, the element earth manifests itself in our bones and skin, for example. Fire permeates our body temperature, our digestion, our eyes, our heart and our vitality. Our body consists to a considerable extent of water, around 70 %. We absorb the element of air by breathing in and out.
These meditation techniques and healing practices are part of Sri Kaleshwar’s five-element system, which is based on a palm leaf manuscript over two thousand years old and forms the foundation of his teachings. They have a subtle effect on our body, mind and soul. An imbalance of these elements manifests itself through illness, anxiety, negativity, stress and problems in our lives. In order to restore the harmony of the elements within us, it is necessary to cleanse and balance them

Cancellation
If you need to cancel a booked event unexpectedly, please send me an email. The cancellation date is the date of the email. In special cases, or if you find someone else to attend the seminar for you, the cancellation fees will be waived for you. The following cancellation fees apply:
• Up to 7 days before the seminar date: 30% of the course fee
• From 3 days before the seminar date: 50% of the course fee
• Cancellation on the seminar date: Full course fee
